Can the brush head come off duing brushing?

NO WAY JOSE!  Our design is bullet proof.  Check out our how it works page for more details.  We've been in market for over 2 years with lots of repeat customers...it is safe and effective.

How long do the brush heads last?

Our nylon brush head bristles perform like the bristles from most regular toothbrushes.  The ADA recommends you replace your toothbrush at least every 3 months, when the bristles become frayed or even after an illness.  

From personal experience, I can go 3 months without chaning my brush head but my wife needs a change every month...she is a hard brusher. 

Can I use Snap handles or brush head with another manufacturers handles or brush heads?

No, our brush heads and handles are specifically design to work together and not with any other manufacturer handles or brush heads. 

Can you guys send me a reminder when I need to replace my brush heads? 

Not a this moment but we are working on an app that can allow alert you based on a schedule and will also allow you to order new refills very easily.  If you become a customer we will certainly let you know when this app is up and running...stay tuned!

Where else can I get Snap other than this website?

We are constanly growing our distribution network.  You can also get Snap toothbrushes from web retailers like TheGrommet.com and Reuseit.com or from brick and mortar partners like Wholefoods in the New England area.  

Do dentists and dental hugienists give Snap toothbrushes to their patients? 

Yes, the professional dental market is very important for us.  We continue to make inroads with dental practices that are looking to reduce their environmental impact.
